1. Wear gloves.
2. Have some kind of bottles on hand.
3. Have a plan for putting the sauce into the aforementioned bottles.
4. Just because you've washed your hands a dozen times does NOT mean it is safe to touch your eyes. Therefore, see Rule 1.
